Purpose of Establishing Clinic at Kulgam:
Rural population constitutes about 80% of total population of the state and 80% of Health Care Services are available in the Urban areas. To have access to Primary Health Care Services the Clini has been established at Kulgam and is situated in SOFI BUILDING at Kulgam Anantnag road before 125 meters to the Qazigund Bus Stand. The Clinic Presently Comparises of 3 rooms including the procedure and dispensing room. The Clinic in the 1st storey of the building and is having a corridor of suffiecient capacity. The Clinic is equiped with all necessary assesment and diagnostic gadgets. Presntly No Laboratory, X-Ray or Ultrasound is available in the clinic and the same are advised from the open market. |
